Loyalty Shipping Discount

The Loyalty Shipping Discount is one of our ways of saying thank you for the continued support to many of our loyal eMarketeers who have been shopping and ordering from us on a regular basis.

How it works?

All eMarketeers will automatically be eligible for the Loyalty Shipping Discount once an order is shipped and completed. Thereafter, any subsequent order that is being placed within 90 days (from the last order) will automatically receive a $6.00 discount off the total shipping cost.

Thus, say for example if your total shipping weight is less than 3kg, you will only be paying $7.95 flat rate for courier based shipping within Australia. How good is that!

Is there a minimum purchase?

Nope. There is absolutely no minimum purchase required to get the discount.

How do I know the total shipping weight of my order?

At the time when you check out your order, our system will automatically calculate the total shipping weight of your purchase.

You can also check the total shipping weight of the product that you wish to purchase from the bottom of the product information page.

How to I keep track of my Loyalty Shipping Discount eligibility?

You can view and keep track of your Loyalty Shipping Discount status via the 'Loyalty Reward Information' page. Inside this page, you will be able to view information such as the date of your last purchase and the number of days that the Loyalty Discount Rate will still be available.

To access the 'Loyalty Reward Information' page:

1. Login to your eMarketeer account.
2. Click on 'My Account'.
3. Click on 'View my loyalty reward information'.
