1. What Personal Information does eMarketplace collect?
The types of personal information that eMarketplace records will depend on your usage of eMarketplace's site. eMarketplace uses an outside shipping company to ship orders. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
eMarketplace partners with another party to provide specific services. When eMarketplace's member signs up for these services, eMarketplace will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.
These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
4. Subscribe/Unsubscribe
eMarketplace's members have the choice to unsubscribe of having their information used for purposes not directly related to eMarketplace at the point where we ask for the information.
eMarketplace's members who no longer wish to receive newsletter or promotional materials about eMarketplace's partners may unsubscribe of receiving these communications by contacting eMarketplace team. Or by unchecking the relevant promotion(s) from the respective checkboxes from 'My Account' Information.
eMarketplace's members are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so that eMarketplace's members can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.
5. Access and Correction
Once you have registered as an eMarketplace member, you may access your account details and correct your personal information, by logging into your eMarketplace Customer Account. You can lodge an access request with eMarketplace Customer Service at any time as per the details at the end of this Statement.
6. Are personal account details stored safely?
eMarketplace takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information held by it from such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data. eMarketplace only permits your details to be accessed by authorised personnel.
Note: eMarketplace does not store credit card details of our customers.

eMarketplace provides links on its website to other sites via hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise. These sites may have different privacy policies than those of eMarketplace and you are advised to check the privacy policies on those sites.
