What this means is that if you do not receive your ordered item(s) within 1 - 5 business days from the date the order is being processed or dispatched from our premises, we will refund the full shipping cost to you. This is our guarantee.

*Most orders placed with us are usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

The following Terms and Conditions applies.

The clock will start ticking as soon as we have updated your order status from 'Pending' to 'Processing'. The order status is updated to 'Processing' once we have receive your payment. This is normally on the same business day that the order is being placed if payment is made by credit card.

Thereafter, if your order is not delivered within 1 - 5 business days from the date/time we have updated your order status to 'Processing', eMarketplace will refund you the full shipping cost.
The refund will be credited to the same mode of payment that you have made your initial purchase. If payment was made by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), we will request for your bank account details and refund the full shipping cost to your specified bank account.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee applies only to products that are in stock* and it does not apply to bulk order purchase.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee applies delivery of items to the shipping address as specified by our customers.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee applies only to Australia metropolitian areas and does not apply to remote country areas.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to holiday peak period such as Christmas and New Year.
Our On-Time Delivery Guarantee does not apply to the bags category.

* Please note that there may be rare occasion where products that are indicated as 'In Stock' at the time of purchase may become unavailable. When this happens, we will inform you accordingly and the order status will remain as 'Pending' till we have received further advise from you.
